Behaviour management is essential for creating a well-managed and motivated classroom. It is important to set clear boundaries for learners to minimise any disruptive behaviour which can distract teachers and students to take away from valuable learning time.
What is restorative discipline?
Restorative discipline is a way of dealing with disruptive behaviour without blaming or punishing the student. It encourages reflective thinking by prompting children to think through the causes and consequences of their actions.
