What is this strategy about?Have you ever asked pupils what they think of the lessons they do? Have you asked them to anonymously write what would motivate them?
Why is pupil feedback important?
Constructive feedback can help teachers to improve their student's learning experience by understanding how each student feels about lessons. Students can suggest what needs to be changed or tweaked to make lessons more effective.
How do I put this into place in my classroom?
- At the start of the six weeks, get feedback from pupils. Feedback to them and make an agreement of what you will put into place
- During the initiative, make changes based on the feedback from pupils and reflect whether it leads to a positive change
